Molly Aupperle, LCSW, RYT, Integrative Health and Wellness Coach
Founder of Deep Dive Holistic Psychotherapy
Molly is a trauma-informed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and certifications in yoga and integrative wellness coaching. Drawing from her personal journey and years of experience supporting survivors of trauma, she blends somatic healing, mindfulness, and compassionate care to help clients reconnect with themselves and find deeper peace. Passionate about social justice and holistic health, Molly creates a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth—one that honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Molly holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Trauma-Informed Care from Edinboro University. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher and Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, with advanced training in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, HeartMath, Narrative Medicine, and counseling for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
Her counseling style was shaped by years of work as an advocate and therapist for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, where she first began exploring the powerful connection between the body and mind in trauma recovery. As a survivor of family addiction, domestic violence, and generational trauma herself, Molly brings an authentic, compassionate, and deeply empathetic perspective to her work.
She is a dedicated advocate for equality and social justice, acknowledging the lasting impact of systemic oppression on both mental and physical health with a specific interest in addressing gaps in women’s health and wellness. Her practice is rooted in integrative, somatic approaches—including yoga and chakra psychology, creative arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to support the healing of the whole self.
At the heart of Molly’s work is the intention to help clients cultivate deep self-compassion and insight. Drawing from yogic philosophy and a spiritually grounded lens, she guides others in moving through adversity and into lives that are more peaceful, empowered, and aligned with their personal beliefs and values.
